How the CRMM Miniboat Program with Educational Passages Started
Students from the state of Oregon, Washington, and Aomori prefecture of Japan are embarking on a scientific and cultural exchange without ever leaving their classrooms, thanks to the Columbia River Maritime Museum. While the boats are at sea, students on opposite sides of the Pacific Ocean are tracking their movements.
